Dennis-Sutton/Allen Big Ten Players of the Week
For the first time this season, Penn State players have been honored as the Big Ten Players of the Week. Dani Dennis-Sutton DE & Kaytron Allen RB are the Big Ten Defensive and Co-Offensive Players of the Week for week 12 respectively.
Dennis-Sutton was a menace in the Nittany Lions 28-10 victory at Michigan State on Saturday. He delivered 2 sacks and blocked his third punt of the season. It was his 4th career game with 2+ sacks. Per PFF, Dani also racked up 12 QB pressures. Dennis-Sutton was also named the East-West Shrine Bowl Breakout Defensive Player of the Week.
Kaytron Allen rushed for a career high 181 yards on 25 carries at Michigan State. He also scored 2 TDs. It was his second game in 2025 with 100+ yards rushing and 2+ rushing TDs. The 181 yards was highest rushing total for a PSU running back since Journey Brown rushed for 202 yards in the 2019 Cotton Bowl win over Memphis.
