Zuriah Fisher DE—DESTINATION: USC (committed Jan. 6—announced on social media)—Dec. 23, it was learned that the 6th year Senior had not travelled with team to the Pinstripe Bowl. Revealed intent to transfer on Dec. 28 with 1 year of eligibility remaining—needed NCAA waiver to grant him 7th year of eligibility to play in 2026 (based on long term injury that caused him to miss 2024 season)
Daniel Jennings DE—DESTINATION: VIRGINIA TECH (committed Jan. 4)—Media reported on Dec. 24 that he had left the team—has 4 full years of eligibility remaining—Jennings, who was rated the #1 player from West Virginia, signed with PSU on May 20, 2025 after re-classifying from the recruiting class of 2026 to 2025—He was never removed from the PSU roster ahead of the Pinstripe Bowl as most other pre-bowl “portal entrants” were—reportedly first to follow Franklin to Va.
